Dr. Shaw and her staff are truly amazing - helpful, understanding, and thorough. What I thought was going to be a depressing experience (getting hearing aids at 52) turned out to be a truly life changing experience! The S Harrel's Ferry location made this entire process a positive one. (This 5 star review does NOT pertain to the Bluebonnet location)
