:very polite and helpful. I have been a patient for many years and would recommend them highly.
It’s night and day as to the improvements Tyler has made with my Mom’s hearing. He is patient, very kind, and attentive to her needs. LaMika is phenomenal as well. Both Tyler and LaMika treat Mom and myself as if we’re family. Overall, it is so worth the drive from North Lakeland to the Winter Haven office to have Tyler care of her hearing needs.
Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Needed some testing to update the sound quality of my 5 year old hearing aids, purchased from Audibel. Tyler, the audio technician, was very good and explained the reason for everything he was doing. 5 star rating!
