Shawn saw a buildup wax in my right ear. He worked very to get it but it was just impacted to severely. He wisely recommended that I see an ear specialist and then we could take a hearing test. It was nice to know that he was more concerned about helping me and not just make a sale. Hopefully the ear wax removal will take care of my issue, if not I definitely will be back to Shawn. Thank You
I am so glad I finally made the decision to go to Audibel in Effingham. I had another pair but I didn't like the idea that ordering on line I could not talk to someone if I had questions. I can stop in or call them anytime. Highly recommend
