I was having problems with my Starkey hearing aids charging. I had not had them for even two years. I called Audible in Effingham and they said bring them on in. I did and today I went in and picked up my newly reconditioned hearing aids and charging case. All under warranty and provided by the staff in Effingham Illinois with a smile. I could not be happier.
All the staff here are amazing. Very kind and respectful. They go above and beyond to help feel comfortable and help you understand everything. Explain everything in detail and don’t rush through your appointment. They take all the time you need. Highly recommend!!
