Deborah the office manager was delightful and Gene Wrench was very personable and detail oriented. He checked to make sure I understood instructions. It was the greatest decision I made to go to this office! The wait time was minimal and it was terrific that I left hearing so much more. I had no idea my old hearing aids were failing so badly!

Very good communication with both weather-related concerns and about initial evaluation. Careful examination with referral to Medical Doctor for treatment prior to hearing test. Recommend highly.
