Pam and I both went in to have our hearing aids cleaned and checked. Michael as always was welcoming and cheerful. He cleaned them and made sure we knew how to change the filters and other information.
Professional person to person experience.
Very good visit as usual. Always a pleasurable and informative time. Michael answered some questions and checked out my right aid and sent it for repairs. Teresa is always a pleasure to talk with.
Mike is always helpful and knows his business for sure! I always appreciate his honesty and council about my hearing issues, thanks Mike!
Michael is ALWAYS the professional !!!!! Checked and cleaned my aides, checked to see if I needed anything and that they were working properly. They always sound better when I leave there, than when I arrived there !!!!!!!!!
