Incredible experience! Ive had hearing aids a few years and wasnt satisfied. This wonderful man spent a good deal of time and effort mKing my aids work like I needed. Bonus great conversation as well. My tv is twenty five points lower tonight and I haven't said What? All day! Thanks folks its nice to see old fashioned service with futureistic hearing! Now to figure out how not to hear tge wife
