Very professional
The last two visits were a long drive to get there only to have a 10 minute cleaning. No looking at activity on the computer or doing any adjustments. Also, this last visit should have been for a hearing test, but was pushed out another 6 weeks.
As always, my problems were addressed. She worked quite hard to solve my problems. She found and fixed one of the problems. She didn’t give up, however. She presented various options we could consider ,and she is sending 1 hearing aid for further info and cost estimates. I am to return in 2 to weeks for updates. Overall, I am quite pleased.
