Kind, courteous staff. Very professional. They are always on time for appointments. Very helpful with my hearing problems.
I arrived early for my appointment, but Teresa took me right in without a chance to be seated. She checked my ears and removed residual wax prior to testing. My hearing aides were checked and cleaned prior testing in the audio cube. Necessary adjustments were made and I was good to go with no time wasted in less than 30 minutes. A satisfied customer!
Teresa was wonderful. Very attentive and professional. She answered our questions and was thorough with the entire visit. Efficient and pleasant to talk to about our concerns.
I cannot say enough good things about the treatment I received here at U.S. Hearing Solutions. Teresa and Ashley have been great in the delivery of service for correcting my hearing loss. I found Teresa's examinations thorough and the insights she offered were great for my understanding the issues associated with hearing loss. Just as an aside, when you can go to facility and witness other clients come out and smiling about the service they received you cannot go wrong.
