Robert Greiner and the staff at the Sunset Point Audibel office are very professional and friendly. The service is exceptional. It is always a pleasant environment. My hearing aids have improved my lifestyle. I would highly recommend Audibel to anyone with a hearing problem. James G.
Two year ago I took my 93 hear old father to Audibel to get his first set of hearing aids. Dr. Robert Greiner could not have been nicer and the tests for my dads hearing I personally feel they are the best and most accurate around. This past week my dad lost one of his hearing aids. So I called Audibel and thank god they are still under warranty so my dad did not have to spend a lot of money to get it replaced, plus he got and up grade. This is a rebuttal to Emerald Sako's review. She is not a customer. She was speeding through the mall taking a short cut, which is against the law. There are signs stating that is not a through street. Audibel's owner stopped her and explained that she was in violation of several laws. She got very upset and posted this bad review.
