The office staff are absolutely wonderful here at Audibel in Sebastian! Bill is so knowledgeable and helpful! He teaches you how to live with your new hearing aids in a friendly manner that makes you feel you are on a new adventure! The best experience I have ever had. Walked in and got greeted by Lori at the front desk with a smile and pleasant voice ,not like most places where it's all attitude and you feel like walking right back out the door because the first thing they say to you is ( do you have insurance or will this be cash) before they even ask who you are. From the moment I made the appointment to the moment I walked out of the door with new hearing aids customer service was top notch! Lori at the front desk was so helpful and Bill was extremely knowledgeable about the new hearing aids and explained everything very well! They truly care about their patients and it shows! I am so thankful To have found them right here in Sebastian!

I've been hearing impaired for the last 30 plus years I said two different hearing aids today I went in and talked to Crystal and got me a new hearing aid and I can hear crystal clear thank you so much for your time and consideration I love you a whole bunch kid it means a lot to me to be able to hear again God made the best one he made you
