Got a Save A Lot store and a Quest lab too.
The service was unbelievable ! Truly the definition of "down home" serivce. They were friendly, and welcomed me as a walk in, and took care of my problem while I waited. Bill explained the whole process and I walked out with my hearing aid working again ! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Without question, the best of the best !!! Capt. Tom Drake
Just wish I had gone to Bill Smith first. Was having a rechargeable h/a problem and the “other” store told me I need new hearing aids. As I told Bill on my first visit, I didn’t think they were set up properly when they were delivered the first time. He asked if I still had my old aids that usually they can replace the battery if I send them in. That way, I will have a backup pair. He then adjusted my current aids properly and it has been night and day difference. Thanks Bill!
