The service was unbelievable ! Truly the definition of "down home" serivce. They were friendly, and welcomed me as a walk in, and took care of my problem while I waited. Just wish I had gone to Bill Smith first. Was having a rechargeable h/a problem and the “other” store told me I need new hearing aids. As I told Bill on my first visit, I didn’t think they were set up properly when they were delivered the first time. He asked if I still had my old aids that usually they can replace the battery if I send them in. That way, I will have a backup pair. He then adjusted my current aids properly and it has been night and day difference. Thanks Bill!

The very best place to go! From the moment you check in till you check out. Dr Bill is fantastic. Very clear and concise in his information . Gives you the best recommendation to have optimum hearing . A true professional and so for caring !
Bill and Patty are wonderful. I have never met such an honest and caring audiologist like Bill. He saved me from getting a false treatment the ENT would do. Just happy I didnt listen to the ENT. My hearing has inproved without any invasive surgery thanks to Bill. Tha k you from the bottom of my heart. I Highly recommend this place.
