My mom scheduled her hearing test two weeks ago with confirmation. Yesterday, her insurance company called THEM directly to confirm the appointment and set up coverage. Audibel cancelled today due to their Own double-booking error. They Won't see us until November now because she leaving town for three months. After two confirmations and extremely poor internal communication, I have no confidence they won't cancel again. Not reliable.
I recently and suddenly lost most of my hearing in my left ear. A friend's recommendation lead me here and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Dr. Steve Suminski thoroughly explained his exam and his findings that I had an impacted ear canal. Within minutes, he had cleaned out the area and my hearing instantly returned. What a relief! Both he and his front desk person Cheryl were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
