Really like everyone have great service
Winchester, KY. As unprofessional as it gets. Mr. Hill priced me hearing aids 2 mos. prior but when I went to order, he changed & charged me more. I had to call my insurance customer service to get some real answers; stopped payment on checks and canceled order. Got a different provider scheduled. Donated them a set of hearing aids that are still there...from a brother that passed. l don't regret that but hope a kid gets them. 9/2026.
My issue with the left hearing aid coming out was addressed. It’s working much better now!!! Thank you!
Ed is always great.
