Jeremy is a very good person and works very well with me not too sure that the other guy had he ordered me. I was going to order Autobell hearing aids and he ordered this brand instead and I’m not happy with them. They just don’t seem to there’s too much work for an old woman to be figuring out on how to do but the hearing aids are OK except for the right ear. It just doesn’t seem to work well or fit well.
They are still working on the bugs with me. They are helpful although I don’t recall agreeing to No Refunds on the contract but my initials are on it. Normally I wouldn’t agree to that.
Jeremy was very professional and was able to perform a hearing test on the spot, I was a walk-in, so I appreciate his time performing the hearing test. Jeremy explained where my hearing deficiencies were on the charts and then provided information on products that would assist in better hearing. I would recommend anyone with hearing issues to set up an appointment with Jeremy.
