Chris is the best!!!! She takes her time and explains everything that is going on. She doesn’t just try to sell you things she makes sure that you are able to hear. I recommend them to everyone thanks again for your time and patience
Staff was friendly and professional in my entering the office. Mrs. Youngblood as very helpful in assessing the problem with my hearing aids. She repaired the device and reviewed usage that might improve my use in different noise situations.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Customer service is as important as the awesome hearing aides they have.
Chris was thorough, efficient, and very clear in her explanations. She took time to set up my equipment perfectly! Her kind and thoughtful interaction is a huge positive!
