The hearing test was awesome! And service was as well! The price is high! Then upon calling my insurance i found out that they do not accept my insurance! Although both the receptionist & the nice technician "owner" told me that they did" no wonder it was sooo expensive? I found this to be dishonest at best? They told me repeatdetly that they accepted Humana? They do "Not"

I have been a client of Rick Stegbauer/Audibel for several years. Rick is very knowledgeable in his field. I always feel welcome in the office. I have appointments every 3 to 6 months. I have always left the office with a good feeling & look forward to my next return.
I cannot tell you how wonderful they are at this office. They helped my mother for 20+ years. And when she got into her 90s, it was so great to be able to go to someone that we trusted and could help her with her hearing. I highly recommend.
