I have never been so disgusted . As a new Audi owner I had some questions. I have placed 8, again 8 phone calls to this dealership today and no one picks up the phone. I guess you do not have a service dept. Why does no one pick up the phone? Are you still in business?? No matter what extension I call, no one picks up!!!!
