These people are stupid. I just ran my carfax and these idiots added 5000 miles to my car. reported it as 19820 miles when in fact the car only has 14098. Apparently no one there knows how to read English.
I do not recommend this Audi dealership. The customer service is sub par. My car needed repairs that would take a week. They don’t have any loaners until the end of June. For whatever reason they can’t get me a loaner from another Winner auto group dealer. So not only will I be out of a car for a week, but I will also have to miss work. When I escalated this to a manager it was like talking to a wall . Zero compassion or Empathy. From now on I’ll be going back to Wynnewood Audi.
I had a great experience with the salesperson Zac. This location provides premium treatment as expected in an Audi dealership
Love the service team at Audi Wilmington. I am a car guy, but not a mechanical guy... they never make me feel stupid, rather they are super friendly, engaging and professional. Andy is fantastic! He has consistently gone above and beyond in helping me and we've developed a great working relationship. Makes me feel like family there which is awesome.
