Called to get service done. Person who picked up was very rude. Decided to go somewhere else.
Saving yourself time and frustration by taking your vehicle elsewhere. Trying to get anyone in the service department on the phone is virtually impossible—calls go unanswered, and voicemails are ignored. When you do manage to speak with a service advisor in person, the lack of professionalism and basic respect for customers is glaring. A total disappointment.
Excellent dealership with top notch service and a great staff.
I get my car serviced here and always have a great experience with time, staff and amenities.
Facility was well-kept, and the staff from beginning-to-end were excellent! Very personable, and explained all the services that were done, and/or needed to be done. Highly recommend! A+++
