Nice, clean place. They offer rides nearby or further if it's a bigger service. Quality is professional. I DO however have one small issue: going by the 2 multi-point inspection reports I received there, my brake pads have GROWN between 111k and 122.4k miles. How can they go from 6.6 mm left to 9.9-7.7 mm 11k miles later? Which measurement is the correct one? Otherwise no issues.
At one time I had good service here then it changed. They started breaking minor stuff in my car and not telling me until hot days came and loosened the glue. Yes, they were very expensive and yes I know I'm driving an Audi but come on, my car is almost 10 years old. Very Disappointed with my recent service appointment. I scheduled a 75,000 mile checkup for my Audi A-4. It was scheduled for 23 July with a follow-up text confirming the reservation of service for that date at 7:30 AM. The car was dropped off at the required time. Having not heard anything, I checked on the status at 2:56 PM and was informed that they were working on the vehicle.
