Hasan was my service manager at Audi Westmont, and he was excellent. The service provided was outstanding all around. It started when I first called, the person answering the phone was polite and "smiling" on the phone. I was connected to Hasan who provided me with a quote. Based on a very disappointing experience at another Audi dealer (issue of integrity and quality of service), it was an easy choice. There is an appreciation for clear and concise communication! I received that at Audi Westmont! They will be my primary source for maintenance and other issues now that I have transitioned from Texas.
Daughter went and bought a 2015 Tahoe. Has only driven it twice. Has electrical issue transmission issue. Brake issue. Been sitting at Chevy Dealer. Within first week we didn’t want the car then they try to charge $450 deductible. Was told we can’t return the car. If we want something different they will work on a good trade in number.
