I have been taking my 2016 Audi A3 for service here since I bought my car (used) in 2020 and have been very satisfied with the service and the attention given by my service advisor(s). My only complaint, and it really is not a complaint, is that they do not offer loner cars to their customers; although they do offer to drive and drop you off/pick you up to/from your home (I live too far away from the dealership) or designated area. I am forced to 'wait' for my car which sometimes has resulted in more than 5+ hour wait time.
I brought a pre-owned SQ7 in for a pre purchase inspection to see if there were any findings which would be covered under warranty. Roberto took great care of me and had the service team take a look at vehicle that morning and performed the warranty work they identified during the inspection. This level of service was fantastic and gave me the comfort to move forward with the purchase.
