A routine service appointment turned complicated when an unexpected issue was identified. Audi Westmont, and in particular Michael G., were wonderful in setting me up with a loaner, bending the rules a bit for me when I needed to exceed the parameters of the loaner use agreement, keeping me informed of their progress and diligently pursuing and solving the issue. Service calls are never fun and never convenient, but Michael worked very hard to make the process as painless as possible.
Coming to the dealership is comparable to the doctors office. You're probably spending way too much on something you don't completely understand. Tamara "Paige" was exceptional at giving me the run-down, taking my money, but also ensuring I'm heard as a customer and did her best to keep the cost down. She still got all my money, but I left wanting to come back. For the first time in my adult life. Paige is how you keep people coming back.
Wouldn’t take my Audi anywhere else!
Audi of Westmont always takes good care of my 2001 A4 Quattro. The last couple service issues were handled by Jeff. He is efficient, knowledgeable, personable and makes you feel like you’re the most important customer of the day. I highly recommend Audi of Westmont and Jeff
