I would happily give them a zero if I could. Please note that the sale team is excellent (presumably because they are happy to take your money), but the service department is abhorrent. I would strongly caution anyone buying a car from them to think about getting service anywhere else. The first service I had under warranty ultimately took them a full 8 hours for a multi point inspection. A fact they neglected to tell me when I asked if I could wait for the car. Very disappointed and unprofessional experience wt this Audi dealership. The service manager does not know his products as well as makes wild guess on costs. He rarely returns calls and he did not even set up his voicemail so a client can leave a message. Would not recommend purchasing or dealing with this dealership.
