Audi West Ottawa, exceeded expectations. I bought the car online from a different city. We conducted our business over the phone and the Internet. I dealt with Nolan Scowen, Natalie Chartrand and Moshin Arbi. All three were diligent. Once all the negotiations and paper work had been completed with Nolan and Natalie, the vehicle was prepped and delivered to my home with care by Moshin. I wish them continued success. I am very satisfied with the service. I may even drive out to Ottawa for my vehicle Maintenance.
