This was my first time getting my scheduled maintenance done at the Audi West Service Center. I was able to get my appointment scheduled fairly quickly. David answered all of my questions honestly and clearly explained everything that needed to be completed under my Audi Care plan. It didn’t take very long for the service to be completed and the whole process was smooth. I will be returning for future services.
My service advisor David Olvera is the greatest, he always takes exceptional care of me and my Audi.
David was awesome and so it was the rest of the service department. David took care of everything for my wife. Make sure she had a loaner was taken care of took care of things step-by-step. I would highly recommend David in the Audi West service department.
