We had Brian help us out with our car. Really down to earth guy, very friendly. He was upfront and honest with us throughout the entire process. If you need service for your car, ask for Brian and he will make sure you are taken care of
Poor customer service - called to inquire about failed steering rack replacement for my Audi Q5 - even got a call back from Brian to confirm that I will receive it: a week later, no response. I decided to go elsewhere to have my Audi repaired: it’s unfortunate they dropped the ball here.
My service advisor, BRIAN G, at the Wesley Chapel location was amazing! He went above and beyond for my barely 1 week old car, making sure I got the service I signed up for when purchasing. He was calling me or texting me updates constantly. I'd give more stars if I could! Stellar job, Brian!
Had to get a routine Oil change for my car. My sales representative was Antoine. He was very helpful with keeping me up-to-date on the service and time. The waiting area is also very comfortable
