Had to get a routine Oil change for my car. My sales representative was Antoine. He was very helpful with keeping me up-to-date on the service and time. The waiting area is also very comfortable

4 separate calls with messages left with the CSR to have a service advisor, any advisor, call me back to schedule a service appointment with arrangement for a loaner vehicle. Days, then weeks go by between each attempt... And nothing. Not a single call back. I gave up. Once again, Shaun Sharma and the WC Audi Service Team showed up, and showed out! I took my Q5 in for service, as an oil leak was discovered upon a routine oil change at a 3rd party shop. Shaun and the team began working on it immediately, and provided me with a wealth of information as to how they would handle it. Excellent service administration from Shaun Sharma, with great service from Raymond the service tech. Clearly a company that employs the best available in service techs that can service the high end automobiles, mine are a Bentley and BMW Z4
