I won’t be back and cannot recommend this dealership. I went to this dealership instead of Tampa Audi because of better reviews, but regret it. When scheduling my appointment, I was told no loaners were available but reassured multiple times that a shuttle could take me to and from work (30 minutes away). I confirmed this both when booking and again the day before. When I arrived, my advisor Chuck informed me the shuttle only goes 10 minutes away, leaving me stranded. Disappointing Service Experience – Not What You’d Expect from a Luxury Brand As someone who has owned numerous Audi vehicles over the years, I’ve always appreciated the quality of the cars but unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the service at this dealership. I had my car serviced at Audi Wesley Chapel and had a great experience. Bill, my service advisor, was excellent. Very attentive and worked to get me taken care of on a tight schedule. Very fair pricing compared to other area Audi dealerships. Highly recommend!
