Lack of Integrity and Unprofessional Management. "I had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with Audi Waverley. I had placed a $2,000 deposit on a Q3, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I unfortunately had to cancel the contract a few days before collection. Not only did the dealership refuse to refund my $2,000 deposit, but they also demanded an additional $554 for paint protection on a car I never took delivery of.
