Hi All just one concern, with this delaer, please make sure you get every thing what promised before you drive away. Doesn't matter value $5, $500 or $5000. if any accessory promised must be given even bit later. I purchased my AUDI in April still i haven't got one item, no follow ups nothing. which isn't proefessional . Therefore this information for any body whom going to purchase a vehicle from them.
Extremely disappointing experience with Audi Waverley. I called on Wednesday to request a quote for a water pump replacement on my Audi A3. I was told someone would get back to me. I called again yesterday and was told the Service Manager would call me back. I followed up again today and, once again, was told someone would call me back because “they’re all busy.” I understand dealerships get busy, but this is not a great way to treat a potential customer.
