Very positive experience. The staff seems to have streamlined the 1-day loaner experience making it more seamless. I had specific questions about the EV I recently purchased and was connected to a sales team member who helped answer all my questions.
First time I went I worked with Philip and had a great experience. The last two visits I worked with Evan and it was equally as good. They are quick, communicative, and ensure you're satisfied with the work.
