Our Audi Q7 broke down driving from Salt Lake City Utah to California 12 miles outside of st George. It was 4pm and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get our car checked before the end of the day. Especially considering there was not an Audi dealer anywhere within 100miles. This guy knows his stuff when it comes to audi's/VW's. He even has the capabilities to program the computers in these brands which usually only the dealers themselves r the only ones capable of doing that die to the availability of the software
Tim is awesome, really experienced audi/vw mechanic and knows a lot about them too. He also gave me a few pointers because i like to work on my own cars. He also takes the time to explain them unlike others i come across with. Thnx again man
I posted on this earlier and gave it a two star, but have since changed this. I got my dealerships mixed up unfortunately. I had a bad experience at an Audi dealership, but this wasn't the place (sorry about the mistake guys). Buyer beware, if you are looking at purchasing an Audi, go with a dealership that has professional integrity. I bought a used Lexus at a different Audi dealership and have had loads of problems that should've been caught and I feel disgruntled for sure. Bought a used car 2015 Lexus here and there was a leak in the transmission fluid hose I caught less than a week later. Their reply, sorry, its sold as is. I just feel that this was something that could've been easily caught with a proper inspection, so it leads me to believe they either did not inspect the car thoroughly or they did and didn't bother to fix it. Either way, I didn't feel taken care of.
