Was in Big Sky 1100 miles from home and ran over an ice chunk in my 2013 Allroad. Had car emergency towed here. Tina, service advisor took car in and the shop foreman adjusted their schedule to fit me in. Ordered fuel pump, had me on the road in no time and without any excessive, unnecessary repairs on the estimate like lots of other dealers would do. Attached and solved the problem quickly. Dominic was my tech, I owe he and Tina much gratitude for getting me on my way back home.
False Advertising!!! I went into the dealership to buy a used car sitting on their lot. The price was on the car. I was trading an Audi i bought from them 60 days before. After looking at the car I sat down to finalize the deal and the salesman informed me they had the wrong price on the car and it would be $6,000 more. I asked to have the general manager honor the price, and he said no. These are very dishonest people. Don't trust them. Bait and switch and false advertising seems to be their deal.
We had fantastic service from Max Ricci. First class treatment all around.
Alejandro helped me with my recent car purchase and was excellent! He was a great atcommunication through the whole process and even after when I needed a small adjustment! He's very professional and a pleasure to work with!
