I had a lovely experience working with Audi Bozeman. Hew and the team were extremely helpful, kind, and patient while walking me through buying a car remotely. I was nervous going into this because I had not purchased a car sight unseen prior. They provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. The car is exactly as they represented it and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would be glad to work with them again for my next purchase.
Any dealership to use the sales tactics they used on YouTube video is just devious and should never be trusted. A bunch of lies from so-called employees that’s boasting their car payment amounts to make it seem like the norm. lol and they removed the staff listing page off the website. I’m not even in your state and I’m just appalled by this.
Drove through. Circled the lot about five times. Middle of the day on a Wednesday and not a single person helped us. Guess I'm not getting an Audi.
Unfortunately, what would have been a 5 star review after our purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Audi Q5 PHEV has turned into 1 star. The sales process was easy and pleasant, however, once the money was handed over, the ball was dropped and nobody at Audi seemed to want to take the time to help us. Our car came with racks that require a special Audi tool to remove. The tool was not in the car, as it should have been, and despite calls to 3 different Audi employees, no solution has been offered.
