Super rude receptionist.
I had the worst service experience at this dealership, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid it at all costs. I paid $896 for a service that was absolutely subpar and unacceptable. Here’s what happened: 1. Ridiculous Delays with Misleading Updates I was initially told the service would take 1.5–2 hours, but it dragged on for nearly 3 hours. Every time my friend asked for an update, the staff simply replied, “almost done” or “just 10 more minutes,” which was nothing but stalling and outright dishonesty. 2. I am a 20 year customer of Audi Vaughan. I had some recenty experience with the Service department. Tiffany and Carmen are fantastic and offer super-fast responses and are very accomodating to my needs. They have been exceptionally knolwledgable about the vehicles I have, and the parts quoted and purchased from them. A big thank you to them for their great support and service. I highly recommend contacting them if anyone is looking for Audi parts.
