You know how I feel about a great customer service experience….its the one thing every employee can control. Fermin in service was exemplary! I can appreciate when I don’t understand something, a person who is PATIENT and thorough with explanations. Not once did he seem bothered or annoyed. He maintained an ultimate level of professionalism as he worked around my vehicle. Kudos Fermin!!!
Since my local Audi service department did not have any loaners available, called this location to make an appointment. They booked me an appointment over a week out so that 1) he had time to order and have delivered the part I needed and 2) they would have a loaner available. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, i called in the morning to say I was running late because of a work meeting and also to confirm they had the loaner ready for me. Dealing with a defective Q8 e-tron. First repair took over 20 days with minimal updates during and outright dismissive behavior upon pickup. Advisor could not be bothered to email paperwork, explain the issues, or answer a configuration question. Second repair for similar issues took 12 days with no root cause found. Advisor provide 0 updates. Would not explain the issue. Sent paperwork via email.
