I had an excellent experience working with Harsh Kinha at Audi Tampa while looking at the Q3 and Q5. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the differences between both models, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. Although I didn’t purchase a vehicle during this visit, Harsh Kinha made such a positive impression that Audi Tampa will be my first stop when I’m ready to move forward in the near future. I highly recommend asking for him!
I don’t have good credit, I am rebuilding and I was honest about that. Once they knew I had money they tried to get me to put crazy down payments down on a car WITH a co-signer. I refused. I get a call a today days from the sales person saying he found me a car and it looks like he did. I liked it told him to work it out since - like he said THEY HAVE MY INFORMATION ALREADY. So took my Audi Q8 for a service recall and owned 12 or so cars in my lifespan.the professionalism, attention to detail(they sent someone to pick me up at a dinner because of rainstorm. Kept me up to date on all recalls on vehicle and even offer a loaner 2026 Q8. The young lady helped and everything was done quickly efficient and with excellent customer service I have never experiece in Maryland,new york or puerto Rico. MY ONLY REGRET IS NOT BUYING FROM THAT DEALERSHIP!
