I shouldn’t be writing a horrible review but here I am… I bought an Audi from here.. everything seemed good. They were going to detail the car. I came back the next day, only to be told the wrong car was detailed but I could still take the car and bring it back for a detail. I get in the car not noticing they never put gas in the car and I had only 10mins until empty. I bring the car back couple days later. Audi Tampa is a worst Audi dealership I had to deal with. A new sales car manager as of Mar 7 2026, didn’t catch his name, was a total nightmare. I called to resolve an issue with lease return, instead of providing solution, which he had no clue, he managed to piss me off. If you have to go to Audi, go to Wesley Chapel or Sarasota.
