The team at Audi, Richard Bowen and Ryan, took great care of me during my recent purchase. They listened to my wants and needs and helped me get into a terrific new Q7. I loved my last Q7 and the service team led by Christina took phenomenal care of me with A+ service. Due to their top notch care, there wasn’t a question as to where I’d purchase my next Audi. 5 stars all the way around for Tampa Audi!
First and last Audi. The MMI system rarely works properly and has been in 2x in 6 months to reset computer. Interior is cheap and the plastic on the steering wheel scrapes very easily and it's the piece you often hold on to. They charged me $100 to paint and they did a terrible job. Very disappointed in Audi.
Trenton was easy to work with and made the process as smooth as possible.
