Booked a recall and engine check, confirmed a shuttle. Showed up, got greeted by Daniel with all the warmth of a parking meter. He’d never heard of the engine check or the promised ride. Audi’s slogan “Vorsprung durch Technik” apparently means “confusion with extra chrome.” Great material for a stand-up routine, terrible service centre.
Daniel was super friendly, and was able to fix my car up on the spot as I had an issue with the airbag sensor, and didn't charge me anything :)
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Maddison who was so lovely to speak to. I had an issue with my car, Maddison explained the process step by step and kept me in the loop with updates. Picking my car up all the service staff were so professional and helpful. Thank you Audi Sutherland!!!
