Ordered a new tire. I was told the tire came in. I brought my car in last week and then was told the tire never arrived. 5 days later tire was found. I'm here again today arrived at 12:30 for appointment. It's now 230 and the work has just Begun on my car. I was supposed to have a loaner available but that took an hour and they brought me a filthy Hyundai here at an audi dealership. The Audi sales team or simply the best they were very professional and knew about the cars that I was buying I think they’re very good at what they’re doing
I’ve bought several Audi cars here over the past two years and have had superb service and fairness. Both sales and service staff are available and competent with personalized caring. The facility is also spotless with a nice. Coffee and snack bar. Honestly… can’t say enough good stuff about this excellent dealership.
Irving was wonderful. We had a great experience. So happy with our new Audi.
