Somehow my car keys ended up missing while I was in the hospital. I'll tell you in advace losing the keys to an Audi is a nightmare.. only Audi can make you a new key and the whole adventure is going to be more than 1200$. The guys in service took care of me every step and even got me a loner car for the week it will take to get a new key. They took care of me like we were famiy. PART 1. On Tuesday morning, I arrived at work at 6:30 am, and was unable to to turn my key to turn off my car. I tried to turn the key for a good twenty minutes. I finally decided my ignition switch and lock cylinder was shot and needed to be replaced. I couldn't leave my car running with 1/4 of a tank of gas. I decided I needed to drive to the closest Audi dealer, Stuart Audi Service. I stopped at home to change shoes.
