The parts department has an additional markup on all parts over MSRP. When I confronted the general manager of the dealership, he pretended he did not know what MSRP is or means which is absurd. I informed him that I’ve purchased parts for my Audi in the past at other Audi dealerships and never had to pay an additional markup over MSRP.. Purchased the same parts from Audi in West Palm Beach, saved over $300. Could I go lower than one star. This place is like a throwback to a sketchy used car parodies. Do not buy a car from here and if you do, don’t ever take it to get repaired. hot garbage. Zero stars. Went in to get A recall fix and after they had it for a week, car broke down with no fluids 3 miles from the dealership. zero accountability.
