Scheduled state inspection and repair of Rear bumper sensor that was pushed in. Service rep stated bumper sensor Not covered by warranty or $1700 maintenance package, because it was damaged by me. Evaluating Technician said sensor unreachable, he had to Remove bumper cost to me $659 dollars for the repair. Rescheduled repair. When I returned home I laid under bumper easily held sensor removed it from cannon plug. Noticed sensor held on by 2 faced foam auto tape. There were 3 employees in the service department when I walked in and one had a customer. I was not acknowledged by anyone for about a minute (a personal requirement for "exceptional" service). On the other hand, I went in a few months back to have them reset a dashboard message after my vehicle inspection, and they did that and a few other minor services and didn't charge me a cent! They have always been courteous and professional, and I have always left feeling like a special customer. You still get the 5 stars! Thank you!... read more
