Had a great experience with Jake and the team, as usual. What I don’t like is when Audi corp tries to force an unnecessary repair after identifying an anomaly that DOESN'T require a replacement. For the unsuspecting customer, a full unnecessary brake job is probably a gimme for the company, but when you start to play games with people who know cars, it’s embarrassing for you. My car was return with parts laying on the floor and assembly incomplete. They left soap stain on the window from an incomplete wash. We’ll see if they make this right.

My service and sales experience at Audi Stratham has always been top notch! Jim, Rick, Kevin D, Kevin S, Jake and Chuck are the best around! Everyone is always so friendly and my car is consistently serviced with the highest level of care. From dropping it off and getting a loaner vehicle to picking up my vehicle (cleaner than it arrived thanks to the wash guys), the team has the process down to a science. Thank you thank you!!
