Excellent pre-service advice that saved me thousands!! Friendly over the phone and didn't waste my time. Maybe not the most polite but when they save you $8k-10k makers are irrelevant. 10/10, straight, direct and honest.
Service center treats you so unprofessional. I regret buying an Audi
Just bought an Audi 6 months ago. They refused to answer anything regarding parts since I got a leak in my car right after an oil change with them. They proceed to be very standoffish so I asked to speak to a manager. He calls me back and after I explain I've never been treated like this with Mercedes (my former car) they tell me to go back to Mercedes... insane to say when I'm a brand new Audi customer
I got an oil change and they damaged my oil filter housing and they refuse to honor and repair it and treated me terribly. Terrible customer service. And when I asked why there was a quality service difference between Audi and Mercedes (brand of my previous car) they told me I should just go back to Mercedes then. I regret purchasing an Audi if this is how terrible their service center treats their customers.
Brad in the service department is always excellent to work with. Honest and informative!
