This review is strictly regarding local dealership management and operational oversight at Audi St. John's. The technicians and front desk staff were polite and completed quality technical work. However, management operations failed at basic standards of customer care. My 2016 Audi S5 was at the dealership for 5 weeks for major mechanical repairs. 67 days. No car. No timeline. No resolution. 51 days just to get a diagnosis. Parts finally ordered. Two weeks later, no delivery date has been provided. This is not what service from a premium brand should look like. I regret choosing Audi in Canada. Full written record kept. Will update once resolved.
Sadly our experience with Audi St John’s and Audi Canada has been horrible for months. We dropped our Audi Q4 off in February for software update. It’s now May 23. Audi St John’s technician bricked the car during the install and it’s sat on the lot since. From day one of this issue Audi St John’s has mismanaged the situation. As long as Derrick is taking care of your car when you drop it off youre basically leaving the car in best hands possible. 5 stars for each of them!
