67 days. No car. No timeline. No resolution. 51 days just to get a diagnosis. Parts finally ordered. Two weeks later, no delivery date has been provided. This is not what service from a premium brand should look like. I regret choosing Audi in Canada. Full written record kept. Will update once resolved.
Sadly our experience with Audi St John’s and Audi Canada has been horrible for months. We dropped our Audi Q4 off in February for software update. It’s now May 23. Audi St John’s technician bricked the car during the install and it’s sat on the lot since. From day one of this issue Audi St John’s has mismanaged the situation. Big shout out to Kimberly(sales) and Derrick (services) If you're looking for a car, make sure you seem Kim, she made the process seamless and was unbelievably helpful! As long as Derrick is taking care of your car when you drop it off youre basically leaving the car in best hands possible. 5 stars for each of them!
