Terrible service. My elderly parents bought a pre certified Audi about 4 years ago and have nothing but trouble. They purchased the extended warranty however whenever they would bring it in they told them the warranty is denied. They totally took advantage of my parents. Shame on you
We are thrilled with our new Audi. This dealership is, hands down, the best we have ever dealt with. From start to finish, Neil (sales) and Adam (business manager) made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Their attention to detail and client satisfaction is second-to-none. Highly recommend!
