Outstanding people I wanted to take a moment to let the everyone know what an outstanding job Thomas Hornsby did on my recent sale. Thomas is an outstanding salesperson and Audi brand advocate. Although I've purchased a number of German luxury vehicles over the years, this was my first Audi experience. The experience was outstanding and I will recommend Audi Dallas and Thomas Hornsby to all of my friends and co-workers.
Attentive and courteous Great employees who know their stuff. Cordial, responsive, and good follow up service was great and Sidney my service advisor did a great job. Kept me well informed as to what was wrong with my vehicle. Service Manager Vic is always attentive and courteous and follows through on what he promises. I always recommend Audi Dallas; have known people who have been referred to buy a car and use your service dept.
Quality service The quality of the service is excellent. Paperwork ready when I arrived to drop the car off and pick it up. I am well informed of the work being done, time and cost.

Awesome service department! I was only there for service on my Q7. I happened to look at the new cars, but I wasn't interested in purchasing anything at that time. It was about 6 months ago. Since that time, I've had my Q serviced at Audi Dallas. I have been very pleased with the service department, so I've decided to look at buying a new Audi from them.
