Friendly and Comfortable Dealer Shop! Our salesperson Kacy Hendricks exceeded all expectations at every point in the process. They have a great selection of vehicles and marketing that facilitated locating our new car. There are no improvements for UPA. Mike and Tony exceeded our expectations 100%. Audi, for a premium vehicle, would be nice to have a longer term manufacturer warranty. Not bumper to bumper but extended powertrain warranty. I love Cat Cat was very good about keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The loaner was great and everyone was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Sidney was great to work with! sydney who has helped me last couple times in service was excellent. she is by far the best service agent that has been employed at audi dallas since I have had my audi.

Attentive and courteous Great employees who know their stuff. Cordial, responsive, and good follow up service was great and Sidney my service advisor did a great job. Kept me well informed as to what was wrong with my vehicle. Service Manager Vic is always attentive and courteous and follows through on what he promises. I always recommend Audi Dallas; have known people who have been referred to buy a car and use your service dept.

Kept to his word Brett was excellent to work with. He took the time to talk and listen to us. You can tell that Brett actually cared about us, also he was very honest and he kept to his word on the things he promised to do concerning the car. Even after the sale Brett is very helpful and courteous.

Outstanding! My service advisor, Jordan Windham, has been taking care of me for almost 2 years now. Its been a breath of fresh air. He always answers my calls, if he is unavailable he has given me his cell phone number so I can text message him. He also always makes sure I am taken care of. He is always on time, professional and most importantly, he is trustworthy. He knows I am an Audi enthusiast and always makes sure my car is detailed or washed when it gets worked on. He is excellent at his job!

Awesome service department! I was only there for service on my Q7. I happened to look at the new cars, but I wasn't interested in purchasing anything at that time. It was about 6 months ago. Since that time, I've had my Q serviced at Audi Dallas. I have been very pleased with the service department, so I've decided to look at buying a new Audi from them.

Exemplary service! Convenient to my home, and the staff will fit you in when ever you need to go in. I had an appt scheduled for a different day. I found that I had some time on 12/4 so I thought I would check to see if they could take me. They were so busy, I was sure they were going to tell me to keep my appt for the different day as they were too busy to fit me in without an appt. I was wrong, not only did they fit me in, no questions asked, but they fixed some other little items that I needed done as well.
