Not thrilled with this establishment, overall it just reminds me why I can't trust a dealership. I called this morning the moment they opened up and notified the sales person I am out of state, I can bring my own financing to the table and cut a check and I would like a vehicle shipped to my home. Should be a pretty easy sale right, I'm confirmed, don't have to waste any time, price listed is ok-ish and I'm looking to begin the process of purchasing a vehicle, again easy enough, couldn't ask for a simpler sale......WRONG. wh... read more
2 hours for an oil change!!
recently my Q8 had to go in for service. lindsey had my car fixed within 48 hours and was super professional the whole way. Thanks to Ben shearer for putting me in a brand new Q8 prestige for a couple days . Thanks again to a very professional dealership
