I took my 2024 Audi Q7 for its 50k service. The inspection noted worn front brakes. Lindsey was able to arrange for the work to be done the same day. Car returned in great shape. Another great experience thanks to Lindsey and the service team at So. Burlington Audi!

Lindsey and the service team worked hard to get me in on an emergency basis due to a failing tire. I was so appreciative of all her help and professionalism.
Not thrilled with this establishment, overall it just reminds me why I can't trust a dealership. I called this morning the moment they opened up and notified the sales person I am out of state, I can bring my own financing to the table and cut a check and I would like a vehicle shipped to my home. Should be a pretty easy sale right, I'm confirmed, don't have to waste any time, price listed is ok-ish and I'm looking to begin the process of purchasing a vehicle, again easy enough, couldn't ask for a simpler sale......WRONG. wh... read more
