I recently came in a few weeks ago to drop off my partner’s Maserati for service. I was surprised to be directed to the Audi department when we are clearly a Maserati customer, which already felt disorganised. More importantly, the service we received was disappointing. The young man we dealt with had a poor attitude (felt rushed) and provided no updates throughout the day regarding the status of our car. Communication was lacking from start to finish… terrible! I was very disappointed in a recent service from Audi Solitaire Mile End. After a $1300 service and the bright halogen headlight was ticked off as being checked it was not fixed. For $1200 and all jobs ticked off on the paperwork handed back to me. It was not done - how can you miss a dim headlight??- a return visit (after being told by Peter our usually service man since the car was bought 10 years ago promised us no charge and a smooth fix to the problem). When booking a service for my Q3 I was asked to bring in two sets of keys as they said they would replace the two batteries as part of the service. When I got the keys home I noticed one would not work, so I called and was advised they had been 'overlooked' and not done. I was asked to call in when passing and both sets would have batteries at 'NO CHARGE' .
