Very disappointing experience with Audi Solitaire. I recently had my Audi serviced at a cost of around $1,200. When I collected the car, I was specifically told that the battery in my key fob had been replaced. Since picking the car up, the key fob has not worked properly. I now have to manually unlock the car and use the manual procedure to start it. These windscreen service stickers have said “solitaire” on them for years; now it’s a paid ad I didn’t agree to. Not a very premium feeling
I recently took my 11-year-old Audi, with 155,000 km, to Audi on 24 July after experiencing problems with the automatic transmission. Audi carried out a diagnostic inspection and I was charged accordingly. I was then advised that the problem could be resolved with a software update, which I also paid for. Poor service makes me not to buy an Audi again. We asked to have a look why the rear window randomly opens while driving on the new Q7. couldnt advise anything as appearantly the system shows no fault. I have booked them in on purpose at 9.30 so can be back for school pick up but they start looking at the car at 11.30 and runs out of time to do anything.Never has enough time even to clean the car.
