When booking a service for my Q3 I was asked to bring in two sets of keys as they said they would replace the two batteries as part of the service. When I got the keys home I noticed one would not work, so I called and was advised they had been 'overlooked' and not done. I was asked to call in when passing and both sets would have batteries at 'NO CHARGE' .
