Consistently low standard of service
I wouldn't trust these guys to grease my bike chain. They charge me $300+ for an oil change and my oil light comes on within 2 months of the service. Bone dry. It hasn't come back on since I did it myself. Lucky for me the engine didn't seize. I tried contacting them several times and they wouldn't even acknowledge they had made a mistake. Heaven forbid anyone call out dodgy workmanship that comes with that kind of price tag. Thankfully my local mechanic had a better idea of how to properly service a vehicle.
