4/4/26: After my second update Myles reached out to me directly and wanted to correct the situation. After a few emails and a brief phone conversation - they agreed to cover repairs for the paint. My relationship with Audi Shreveport had a bit of a rocky start, but Kenn Posey made everything right. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Sam Huy was an excellent sales person and the gentleman who completed all the paperwork was above reproach. They all made my experience with their dealership an exceptional experience.
