I bought a used car from them, a 4-year-old Q7 "supposedly" with a clean Carfax. The car turned out to have a hit on the driver's door and many things had been replaced on it. They asked me for money for an additional inspection of the car before selling it to me. I received a hit car with the original worn tires of a 4-year-old that squeal when driving.
