I can not say enough good things about the service I received from the parts department here. I was replacing an EVAP purge control valve on my 2018 Audi S5 and broke one of the connecting pieces of the EVAP system. Wyatt took the time with me over the phone to verify exactly what parts I needed, offer advice on installation, recommend additional parts, saying "if youre replacing part A, youre going to need to replace part B, while part C is optional, but if youre replacing everything else, you might consider it."
