Absolutely horrible experience, feels like they are not trying to solve the problem with your car ,instead, you. Scheduled for diagnosis at 10 and kept me waiting for 2 hours til someone finally come to me and said someone will check it in the afternoon but still unsure who is my advisor. Then I waited for 3 days till they finally checked my car(made multiple calls but no one answered). A few staff members have been excellent however my overall experience with Dilawri group has been so poor that I regret purchasing my vehicle here. The service has felt more like a low-end used car lot than an Audi dealership. Messages like this are just the cherry on top of the ongoing pattern of issues. I don't expect a 1 day turnaround but over five business days for service inquiries is kinda ridiculous when your title is "service advisor"

I've been servicing my car at the Downtown Audi Service Centre for years and the staff have always been great. However, the biggest ongoing issue is the lack of staff on weekends, which are understandably their busiest times. A recent visit for a basic inspection and fuel injector cleaning ended up taking 4.5 hours, which is far too long for that kind of service. I have been an Audi customer for over 10 years and have purchased two vehicles from them. Last year, I went to get my winter tires put on and was told that they were going to store my all-seasons for me. When I contacted them in the spring, they told me that they didn’t have my tires because they put them in the back of my vehicle, which was not true. I’ve been working with Ivan Lin, Audi Service Advisor, for about 3 years now, and I can confidently say he always goes above and beyond. Ivan consistently provides detailed explanations, excellent communication, and outstanding service. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for a recall repair.
