Service seems to be overloaded, quite chaotic, but Samantha and Jo deserve 5 Gold Stars for they wilingness to help and profesionalism.
Just needed a tyre repair/replace + service, but basically fobbed off by receptionist at Service Dept who told me it would take "2 weeks" to get a suitable tyre... Apalling. Got job done in 2 days at Territory Tyres.
Never ever go there,,they should be sued...do so own risk...I did twice...paid dearly for the consequences $$$$,very rude and disrespectful too..
Probably the worst Audi dealership in Australia. I loved my Audi but have started hating it just because of this dealership and their extremely rude/unprofessional staff. Just this morning, drove my Q7 in to Reserved Audi bay for a schedule service by appointment (including arrangements of a loan car). The drop off time was 7:30am but no one to receive my car.
