I recently had my car serviced at Walter’s Audi. My service advisor was James Rocha. He went above and beyond to help me out. He was always available via phone or text. Even on his day off, he called me back. I especially appreciated the effort he put in to assure I would get a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. If you need to take your car in, ask for James. He will take great care of you! ☺️
Ethan De La Rosa helped me out with understanding the process and going over options with me. Ordered the part and in faster than expected. Also, shoutout to Peter for helping out while Ethan was out. Well ran establishment
