I dropped my car off back in June for an oil change and diagnostic a while back. I had a check engine light on and decided to have it chexked out. I'm told I need a new PCV valve and clamp, so I get the repair done, no biggie. Upon picking my vehicle up from the service center, I notice my vehicle is choking up and undrivable, so I turn around and returned it to them. For a new diagnosis. Cliff is always going above and beyond.
I dropped my car a week ago for a diagnostic. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at the service center to give me an update on the diagnostic. They don’t have any loaners to offer while they casually keep your car to repair at their leisure. It truly is unprofessional to not have anyone answering the phones to help customers with a minor inquiry on when they will be able to get their car repaired and returned.
