I dropped my car a week ago for a diagnostic. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at the service center to give me an update on the diagnostic. They don’t have any loaners to offer while they casually keep your car to repair at their leisure. It truly is unprofessional to not have anyone answering the phones to help customers with a minor inquiry on when they will be able to get their car repaired and returned. They are excellent! Cliff and Reed went out of their way to accommodate me and help me fix my car. They arranged a loaner for me when they couldn't resolve the issue on the same day. My car was fixed the next day, and they arranged a driver to deliver my car to my work and pick up the loaner car. This is the definition of excellent customer service, befitting of Audi's luxury brand.
