Need to tell customers loaner vehicles are not available before their appointment! What’s the point of setting up an appointment and requesting a loaner only to not have any available when you show up. Wasted 8 hours of my day.
Staff was unfriendly. Took an hour and a half and $230 to change a fuse. Changed my registration sticker without asking me, and left sticker residue on the windshield.
Ben provided a detailed description of what was worked on with my vehicle, including a video. I enjoyed working directly with Ben as my service provider but we HOPEFULLY will not have to go to him again in the future!
