I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Audi of Great Neck Service. i bought a certified pre-owned car from audi of great neck in January 2025 with 10,000 miles on the car. I started having issues with tire pressure, seatbelts not working and a squeaking of the brakes. I brought in the car to get fixed, had awful customer support, was lied to about the car being worked on, and then they tell me i need new brakes and a new tire. I had been having issues with the a/c in my Q5 sportback since last summer. I took it to other dealerships and no one could figure out what the issue was. Audi Great Neck set up an extended appointment and a technician was finally able to figure out a wire issue in the a/c unit. It was fixed and ready quickly. I am very pleased and it was a pleasure working with Christina.

The customer service provided by Anthony in the service department was exceptional. The team was prompt, efficient, and the total cost was under $40, despite me not having an appointment. I truly appreciate their honesty and outstanding customer care.
