Everyone here is super nice and professional. Parts and service were great and they even shuttled me to and from my home to get my Audi A6 serviced. One of the guys even offered to give my car a quick wash while I was waiting.
I had an unexpected road event and drove straight to this dealership. They got my car in and quickly back on the road. James and the mechanics/technicians did a wonderful job! This is the type of experience I would hope for from every dealer but have only experienced at Audi Novi.
